Renée Law established Firm Communications in February 2001, with over 8 years experience in corporate communications, investor relations, issues management and brand management.

Most recently Renée was Director of Public Affairs at MyPrice, a privately held company bringing the business model of US-based, e-commerce company, Priceline.com to the Australian and New Zealand markets. Led by Frank Blount, Chairman, and Peter Shore, CEO, MyPrice had an impressive group of investors and a strong business model.

Previously, Renée was a Director at Gavin Anderson & Kortlang, a leading Australian issues management consultancy. At GA&K Renée specialised in assisting information technology related clients during intense activity including repositioning programs, post-IPO investor relations and management changes.

Renée moved to Sydney in 1999 from California where she gained extensive international investor relations and corporate communications experience as the Director of Corporate Communications for the New York Stock Exchange listed company Oakley, Inc. (NYSE: OO). At Oakley, Renée was responsible for the company's global corporate communications function, including investor and media relations.

While based in California, Renée was a Director at Large of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), Orange County Chapter 1998-1999; recipient of the NIRI Honorable Mention for "Overall Writing" in the Oakley 1998 Annual Report; and Winner of the USA Footwear News "Launch of the Year" Award.

Prior to joining Oakley in the USA, Renée was their New Zealand Brand Manager.

Renée has a Bachelor of Business Management Studies (Hons.) majoring in management and public relations from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
